Sinopsis : Agen Augustus Gibbons telah memilih mantan Navy SEAL AS yang dipenjara Darius Stone, agen baru dalam program XXX, melakukan perjalanan ke Washington DC, di mana mereka melacak faksi sempalan dari militer AS yang berupaya menggulingkan pemerintah AS dan membunuh Presiden, yang dipimpin oleh Sekretaris Pertahanan dan mantan Jenderal 4-bintang George Deckert, mantan komandan Stone yang pernah dipimpinnya pemberontakan.
